Location Scouting
Finding the ideal location is the foundation of every great production.
Our location scouting service is built on a deep understanding of the diverse landscapes across Wales and a thorough knowledge of the production industry’s requirements.
Tailored Scouting
We work closely with you to understand the vision for your project, ensuring that every location we present fits seamlessly with your script or concept. Whether it’s a remote, rugged landscape or a specific urban setting, we have access to the most diverse and spectacular locations across the country.
On-Site Visits
Once we’ve shortlisted potential locations, we arrange site visits to ensure they meet your exact requirements. This hands-on approach allows you to view the locations in person and get a feel for their suitability for your shoot.
Location Packages
We provide you with a detailed package for each location, including photographs, logistical information, permissions, and any other relevant details you need to make an informed decision.
On-Location Assistance
Once the location is selected, we don’t just disappear – we’re here to assist you throughout the process.
Our on-location assistance ensures that everything runs smoothly on the ground, helping you focus on capturing the perfect shot.
Logistical Support
We handle the logistics of getting your crew and equipment to the location, including parking, access, and permits. We ensure that all necessary permissions are secured in advance, saving you time and hassle.
Coordinating with local authorities
If your shoot requires any specific permissions, permits, or coordination with local councils, we take care of all the necessary paperwork and approvals.
Local Knowledge
We provide guidance and advice on the best local services, such as catering, accommodation, or transport, helping to make your production as efficient and comfortable as possible.
Customised Location Packages
Every production has its own unique requirements, which is why we offer customised location packages to meet your specific needs.
Bespoke solutions
Whether you’re looking for a location with a particular look, atmosphere, or accessibility, we can create a bespoke scouting package tailored to your project. We’ll provide you with a curated list of locations that fit your vision and budget.
Budget-friendly options
We understand that every project has its own financial constraints. That’s why we offer flexible pricing options and strive to find locations that fit your budget without compromising on quality.
